3. Refund Policy
a. Nurses Cancellation Charges
One Month Advance: 90% refund, 10% deduction.
15 Days Advance: 50% refund, 50% cancellation charges.
Up to One Week: 30% refund, 70% cancellation charges.
Less Than One Week: No refund; full payment charged in advance.
4. Staff Safety
The safety of our staff is a top priority. Clients must adhere to all safety guidelines and legal regulations to ensure a secure working environment. Direct dealings with the staff are strictly prohibited. All communication must go through Make My Life.
5. Valuables
Clients are responsible for the security of their staff's valuables. Make My Life shall not be liable for any loss or damage.
6. Amendments
Make My Life reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of users to review the terms regularly.
7. Booking and Agreements
No separate agreement will be sent to clients for online bookings.
Refunds are applicable if Make My Life fails to provide the agreed staff.
8. Ambulance Services
For ambulance services, our partner company will handle all dealings directly.
All payments and refunds for ambulance services will be processed through the partner company.
